I am really looking forward to Frankie Edgar’s next bought. Now that I understand a lot of what’s going on, I’m really interested in seeing a member of Team Renzo Gracie win the lw title.
This will only be my second semi-live bout. As I watched the Bellator lw tournament due to Daniel Gracie’s involvment.

I’ll be honest before I joined the Gracie Strong challenge, the only MMA submission that I was extremely familar with was Ken Shamrock’s ankle lock. He used it successfully in UFC and the WWE. According to the youtube video where Rorion &his brother discusses the match they say that Ken used it to break ankles in his UFC bouts.
